Excellent hospitality I have ever seen in an indian hotel. Staff Manoj Kumar was so kind and helpful to have a great breakfast. Buffet dinner was also superp. A true mix of all cultures. We stayed for two days on a leisure trip. We came here all the way from Nagpur just to have a weekend stay.

It's very nice experience staying and the hospitality provided by staff was amazing especially by Saidulu from front office. I will be visiting back. The pool and Lounge was very good and the loungue access to the accor members has happy hours which is good.

Hello Novotel Mamagemrnt Team I would request your reception team to be trained properly. Specifically the experience I had yesterday . We checked in at 1:30 am . After checking in I had requested for a room change if possible. The reception staff, a gentleman named Narendra had a conversation with me. He was very rude. He was pestering me continously and interogating the reason for my request. I tried to be polite however his voice was going more commanding on the reasons to be properly defined for my request. It was an argument . Initially he lied that all rooms are occupied. Then I gave him a fact check about my relationship with Novotel. If you check records you will find how many times we booked your property. On that note he arrogantly said " you can't talk to me like this " This was extremely unpleasant . However , he sent a bell boy who was very nice and apologised for Narendra's behaviour and helped us to get a different room. I showed him the reason which was, the earlier room was little darker . He agreed to my concern. Narendra didn't even bothered to apologise. However, with all these I am not accepting this kind of behavior from a reception staff. It is important to remember that you are into hospitality industry and you should not interrogate your customers for their request. Even if you can't provide your customer's requirement you should deliver that message with a proper intonation . Last but not the least I would like to thank Mr. Prashant from guest service for his beautiful gesture on responding to this complaint. I hope Narendra would be trained well to perform his duties in much more better way and won't provoke customers like us to choose a different option against Novotel. I hope my next stay with Novotel will be pleasant as always. Thank you
